More About Me
Born and raised in Bucks County, Melissa's journey as a military spouse took her beyond the area before she returned home to raise her family in Upper Makefield Township.

A Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Melissa works with buyers and sellers throughout Bucks County, from the established communities of Lower Bucks to Newtown, Yardley, Upper Makefield, Washington Crossing and the surrounding areas. Her deep Bucks County roots, strong business background, and previous real estate experience allow her to offer clients a highly personal and informed approach to buying and selling a home.

As a military wife and mother of four, Melissa understands firsthand that a home is about much more than a property. Her family's military journey has included moves and relocations of their own, giving her an appreciation for both the practical and emotional sides of finding a new home, selling one, and putting down roots in a community.

Melissa has also been actively involved in her Upper Makefield community, including serving on the township's Parks & Recreation Committee. She brings the same values to her real estate business that have guided her professional and community involvement: integrity, accessibility, clear communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Whether she's helping a first-time buyer find the right home, guiding a seller through a successful sale, helping a growing family make its next move, or welcoming someone new to Bucks County, Melissa believes every client deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.

For Melissa, being Your Bucks County Realtor® means more than knowing the market. It means knowing the communities, understanding the people who call them home, and providing the kind of personal service that turns a real estate transaction into a lasting relationship.
